These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to housefoxbuyskc.com (the “Site”) and to the calls, emails and text messages you receive from House Fox LLC, doing business as House Fox Buys KC (“House Fox,” “we,” “us” or “our”), 711 E 23rd St S, Independence, MO 64055. By using this Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

House Fox Buys KC is a real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners in the Kansas City area. We are not real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent you in any sale. We may buy a property ourselves, partner with other investors, or assign our purchase contract to another buyer, and we will tell you in writing if we plan to do so. You are always free to talk with an agent, attorney or other advisor before you sign anything.

No Offer Until It Is in Writing

The information on this Site is general and is not an offer to buy any property. Any price we mention before seeing the property is an estimate only. An offer is only binding once it is written in a purchase agreement signed by you and by us. Nothing on this Site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Text Messaging Program

When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from House Fox Buys KC about your property, offers we make, and appointments you set with us. We may also call you. Our calls and texts may use automated technology, AI assisted texts, and AI or prerecorded voice.
